Die 9 Konzerte umfassende Japan-Tour wird u.a. auf der CD-Serie "Stranger Day`s" ("First .." bis "Ninth Day") fein säuberlich dokumentiert.
Die CD vom 2. Konzertabend bietet nicht nur klangtechnisch sehr gutes Material (vermutlich Mischpult). Nach Blackmoreschen Anfangsproblemchen mit der Technik, entwickelt sich ein tadelloses Konzert. Mehr als 2 Stunden sind gespickt mit spontanen (D. White: "Rainbow eyes", "Love hurts", Traditionals...) oder fast schon exklusiven Elementen ("Stone cold"). Unterm Strich also eine Aufnahme, die man getrost empfehlen kann!
